Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in SEO, paid advertising, and performance marketing, with a strong ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue goals.

  • Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and content planning to improve organic performance.

  • Create and optimize marketing funnels to increase leads, conversions, and customer retention.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Build and maintain digital marketing dashboards and performance reports.

  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign and landing page performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and digital marketing analytics.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with a data-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, technology, startups, or digital agencies.

  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms.

  • Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, or basic HTML/CSS.

  • Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or TikTok Ads certifications are a plus.
