Job Description (Account Manager)
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients/brands to ensure long-term partnership
Act as the main point of contact for clients in handling campaigns and ongoing projects
Monitor and optimize campaign performance (traffic, conversion, GMV, ROI)
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client revenue
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, creator, ads, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
Provide regular reporting and insights to clients regarding campaign performance
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing issues, feedback, and improvement areas
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining service quality
Support achievement of revenue and GMV targets from existing accounts
Job Specification (Requirements)
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or related roles (agency background is a plus)
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Experience in handling clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance (GMV, conversion, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to identify business opportunities from existing clients (upsell & growth)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with digital marketing / performance marketing (TikTok, ads, influencer, etc.) is a plus
