Conduct regular daily and weekly team briefings

Performance Monitoring
Monitor and evaluate overall marketing performance.

Cross-Department Coordination
Serve as the communication bridge between departments.
Coordinate with Product, Tech, Customer Service, and Business Development teams

Review and approve marketing content

Resolve campaign or content-related problems
Coordinate with PR teams during negative public sentiment
