Collaborate with managers to identify capability gaps, succession planning, and employee development opportunities.
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, promotion, transfer, contract renewal, and offboarding.
Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesia labor regulations and company policies.
Utilize HR data and insights to support decision-making and improve employee experience.
