Legal Intern

1. Legal Research & Regulatory Monitoring
• Conduct legal research related to digital regulations, e-commerce, fintech, data privacy, and corporate law in each operating country
• Monitor regulatory changes in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines
• Prepare legal summaries (legal briefs) for internal use

2. Drafting & Documentation
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Assist in translating legal documents (Indonesia – English – Mandarin/Vietnamese if required)
• Perform filing and maintain contract documentation in a well-organized and structured manner

3. Compliance Support
• Assist in ensuring company operations comply with local regulations in each country
• Support business licensing and corporate compliance processes (licensing, corporate compliance)
• Assist with internal audits related to legal aspects

4. Cross-Border Legal Coordination
• Coordinate with third parties:

  • Notaries

  • Local legal consultants

  • Legal vendors in other countries
    • Assist in following up on cross-border legal processes

5. Administrative Legal Support
• Manage legal document databases
• Prepare weekly/monthly legal activity reports
• Support administrative needs of the Legal team
